It is a non-profit organization sponsored by SPAG that offers first-time home buyers lower interest rates.

How does it work?
Single family mortgage revenue bonds are funneled through home mortgage lenders throughout the SPAG region and targeted to first-time home buyers. Interested persons can call the Economic Development department at 806.762.8721 to learn who the participating lenders are.
