What is the South Plains Housing Finance Corporation?
It is a non-profit organization sponsored by SPAG that offers first-time home buyers lower interest rates. It was created in 1979 as a public, non-profit organization with a mission to facilitate, in partnership with the private sector, the availability of decent, affordable housing for low-to-moderate income citizens. How does it work?
